We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled designer who can conceptualize, create, and execute fashion designs that align with our brand’s identity and audience. This is a hybrid role based in Faisalabad, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to contribute to the fashion landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Innovation:
- Create and develop innovative designs and trends for modest fashion collections, adhering to brand identity.
- Mood Board and Concept Development:
- Prepare mood boards and design concepts to visualize and communicate ideas for upcoming collections.
- Trend Research and Design Integration:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, integrating new trends into your designs.
- Brand Concept Development:
- Collaborate to develop initial brand concepts, including fabric selection, sketches, and color schemes.
- Pattern and Prototype Design:
- Develop technical drawings and patterns for prototypes, ensuring the designs are achievable for production.
- Quality and Design Consistency:
- Monitor the production process to ensure designs meet quality standards and remain consistent with the original concepts.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that resonate with our modest fashion audience.
- Communication with Teams:
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, production teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the fashion industry, with a proven portfolio showcasing skills in designing modest fashion collections.
- Design Portfolio:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modest fashion, pattern making, and technical garment construction.
- Design Software Proficiency:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and specialized software like CLO3D, Style3D, and Swatchbook.
- Brand and Mood Board Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of mood board creation and brand storytelling, ensuring each design aligns with the brand’s vision.
- Fabric and Garment Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction to ensure technical execution aligns with design intent.
- Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to conceptualize and execute unique design ideas.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
