We are looking for a highly skilled Forms Design and Development Specialist to design, develop, and integrate dynamic digital forms. The successful candidate will have expertise in Adobe Forms, Adobe LiveCycle Designer, and Adobe Experience Manager, as well as experience with JavaScript, SQL databases, and SOAP APIs. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to create intuitive and functional forms that meet diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Forms Design and Development Specialist, your primary duties will include:

Form Design and Development

Create and maintain dynamic, user-friendly forms using Adobe Forms, Adobe LiveCycle Designer, and Adobe Experience Manager.
Ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic standards and align with business requirements.

Scripting and Interactivity

Develop custom scripts with vanilla JavaScript to enhance form interactivity and usability.

Database Integration

Design and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, validation, and updates related to form submissions.
Ensure seamless integration between forms and database systems for reliable data processing.

SOAP-Based Web Services

Implement and maintain SOAP APIs to enable real-time data exchange and integration with backend systems.
Troubleshoot SOAP-related issues and ensure data flow reliability.

Collaboration and Documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Coordinate with backend and frontend teams for smooth deployment and testing.
Maintain clear documentation of forms, scripts, and integration processes.

Quality Assurance

Adhere to industry best practices and company standards to deliver high-quality, error-free solutions.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

Required Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Forms, Adobe LiveCycle Designer, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (vanilla) for developing scripts and enhancing interactivity.
- Proficiency in SQL databases, including query optimization and data integration.
- Experience with SOAP APIs for backend communication and integration.
Preferred: Familiarity with REST APIs or other web service protocols (optional).

Soft Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
