We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our TEB division. The TEB team develops tailored loyalty solutions for companies, recognizing and rewarding consumers and employees. As part of our Marketing Engagement team, you will be pivotal in crafting visually appealing and effective designs for loyalty program communications and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer at The ENTERTAINER, you will:
- Collaborate with the marketing engagement team to conceptualize, design, and execute projects aligned with marketing objectives.
- Blend the ENTERTAINER’s brand guidelines with client branding to develop cohesive design concepts.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
- Design high-quality marketing assets, such as EDMs, in-app content, newsfeed cards, social media posts, and videos.
- Use project management tools like Asana or Monday.com to track and deliver work effectively.
- Revise designs based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to enhance your output.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Portfolio: A strong digital portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience: At least 3+ years in digital graphic design.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma. Experience with After Effects or Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus).
- Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
