Taraz Technologies, a leading provider of research-oriented power electronics solutions, is seeking a highly talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. The company has been recognized for its innovative solutions, with its products being used in over 45 countries. With a new manufacturing facility in Turkey, we are continuing to expand globally. We are looking for a versatile designer who has proficiency in both graphic design and video editing to support our marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics and digital assets for websites, social media, and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
Video Production: Produce high-quality videos, including concept development, filming, motion graphics, and video editing, to support digital marketing campaigns.
Branding: Ensure that all design materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and media.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals, translating them into impactful designs and videos that meet client requirements.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and video production, bringing fresh and creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in motion graphics and video production is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration ability in team environments.
- Ability to work independently and handle projects in a deadline-driven environment.
