At Growrev Ltd, we are a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce marketing agency dedicated to innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer | E-Commerce | Social Media Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role in Lahore, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our digital strategy, creating compelling content, and managing our social media platforms to elevate our brand’s presence in the Pakistani market.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Content Creation: Generate, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice, tone, and goals.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and direct messages, and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and adjustments for optimizing campaigns.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.

Graphic Design:

  • Visual Content Creation: Design stunning visuals for social media, email campaigns, website graphics, and paid advertisements to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Custom Graphics & Illustrations: Create unique illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are high-quality, brand-compliant, and optimized for various digital formats and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver cohesive visuals for product launches, promotions, and other campaigns.
  • Adapt Designs: Optimize designs for mobile and web interfaces, ensuring optimal visual impact and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly for Pakistani brands, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
    • Expertise in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creative design work for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
    • Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar platforms.
    • [Preferred] Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere), particularly for editing Facebook and TikTok video ads.
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Previous experience working in the e-commerce space, particularly with product-based businesses, is a significant plus.
