Blue Properties.com is a leading real estate platform offering premium residential and commercial properties across Lahore, Pakistan. We are currently looking for a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs for digital media, print materials, and social platforms, collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging and aesthetically pleasing content.
Job Responsibilities
- Creative Design Development: Work with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning design solutions across various mediums, including websites, print, social media, and promotional materials.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, content, and web development, to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints and projects.
- Branding & Identity: Ensure all design work aligns with Blue Properties’ brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all assets.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers, assisting them in skill development while overseeing their design output to ensure quality and consistency.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and the project objectives.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and software advancements, integrating modern styles and techniques into your work.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design work meets the company’s standards for quality, creativity, and brand consistency, from the initial concept to final delivery.
- Production Coordination: Prepare and manage design files for print and digital delivery, ensuring proper format, quality, and delivery channels.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong understanding of various design disciplines (digital, print, branding).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your best design work, demonstrating your creativity and skills in graphic design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with other graphic tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting design concepts.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of Design Trends: A solid understanding of current design trends, techniques, and typography.
- Mentoring: Capability to mentor junior designers and provide constructive guidance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency while ensuring designs align with the company’s objectives and guidelines.
