Rozee.pk is seeking a Junior Video Editor to join its dynamic creative team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in video editing, proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva. This role requires a creative individual capable of producing high-quality video content for various projects, including cash cow videos and documentary-style productions. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to create engaging visual stories that align with client needs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Photoshop to enhance video and graphic quality.
Implement color correction, audio adjustments, and special effects as required by the project.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative team to produce cash cow videos and documentary-style content that meets client expectations.
Create visually engaging stories by combining video, audio, and graphics.
Ensure that all content aligns with branding guidelines and project objectives.

Project Management:

Organize and manage video assets, maintaining an efficient and structured workflow.
Work within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Creative Collaboration:

Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall strategies.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve storytelling and enhance audience engagement.

Quality Control:

Review and revise video content based on feedback from stakeholders.
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual aesthetics across all projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, such as pacing, composition, and transitions.
- Experience creating cash cow videos and documentary-style content is a plus.
Creative Skills:
- Ability to create engaging video stories and maintain consistency in style and tone.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills, creativity, and past projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
