As the Lead Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:

Design Strategy & Execution

- Visual Consistency: Ensure all designs are visually consistent and aligned with the brand’s message across multiple platforms.

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
- 5+ Years of Design Experience: At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software.
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, including leadership and team collaboration in design processes.
