Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality design outcomes that align with the company’s goals and project timelines.
  • Design from Scratch: Conceptualize and design UI/UX interfaces for various platforms from the ground up, starting with initial concepts and transforming them into compelling designs.
  • UI Mockups & Prototypes: Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate functionality and design.
  • Client-Driven Adjustments: Collaborate with clients and the development team to adjust designs and introduce changes as needed based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to integrate advanced techniques and solutions into the projects.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all design projects are completed on time, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines and milestones set in the project timeline.
  • Design Documentation: Develop and present design documentation that is clear, comprehensive, and easy to implement for developers and other team members.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other prototyping tools.
  • UI/UX Expertise: Strong ability to transform wireframes into polished designs and deliver seamless user interfaces.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to think creatively and offer innovative design solutions that solve real-world user experience challenges.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, guiding designers, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Design Workflow Knowledge: Ability to take projects from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency and a focus on usability and visual appeal.
