We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into user-centric designs that deliver impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Strategy and Execution: Develop user-centric designs, driven by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. Contribute strategically to the design direction of products and tools.
  • UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, beautiful user interfaces that enhance the user experience, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and other key stakeholders to define product strategies, visions, and roadmaps.
  • Prototyping: Rapidly prototype concepts, using code or other methods to illustrate your ideas and solicit feedback. Communicate design solutions effectively to excite and engage stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex design challenges in a startup environment, navigating ambiguity to deliver high-quality designs that meet business goals and user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API-driven products.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your proficiency in user-centric design, high-quality UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction design.
  • End-to-End Product Design: Proven ability to handle end-to-end design processes, from concept to final deployment, particularly for complex products in dynamic environments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively without direct authority.
  • Passion for AI Design: Strong interest and enthusiasm for designing products that utilize AI technologies to create scalable and impactful solutions.
  • Prototyping Skills: Experience in creating prototypes, particularly using front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS), is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Prototyping: Experience using front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) to rapidly prototype design concepts and effectively communicate your ideas to the team.
