Bookme is looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our talented design team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative and visually compelling designs for various digital and print platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in translating the brand’s vision and business strategies into attractive visual designs while maintaining consistency across all assets. This position will also involve leading and mentoring junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high standards in design production.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Design High-Quality Visuals: Conceptualize, create, and execute designs for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, print collateral, advertisements, and more.
  • Brand Development: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop innovative designs that reinforce the company’s brand identity and support marketing goals.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions and come up with original, fresh ideas for all design challenges. Provide guidance and inspiration to junior designers.
  • Mentoring: Support and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback while ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Design Trends: Continuously research industry trends, new tools, techniques, and design practices to ensure that designs stay innovative and competitive.
  • Ensure Brand Alignment: Ensure that all visual content follows the brand guidelines, accurately conveys the intended message, and aligns with the company’s vision.
  • Collaboration with Vendors: Work with external vendors, such as printers, to oversee the accurate and timely production of printed materials.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, and priorities to ensure efficient and effective output.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of work in both digital and print media.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other related design tools.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
