Lookin Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional, user-centered designs that drive innovation and elevate the user experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design process, creating intuitive and innovative product designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • User-Centered Design: Utilize design thinking and user research to create innovative, functional, and delightful products.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to gather insights that inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and documentation that help streamline design workflows across teams.
  • Iterative Design: Continuously refine and improve design concepts based on user feedback and data.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex user experience challenges with creative and effective solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
  • Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Visual Design, Product Design, UX Design, and Design Thinking.
  • User Research Skills: Experience conducting user research, analyzing data, and applying insights to drive design decisions.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centered focus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team and with other departments.
  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
