We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Website Designer to join our team at Alestra Solutions in Islamabad. As a Senior Website Designer, you’ll take the lead on design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that each project reflects the client’s vision and aligns with industry standards. You’ll collaborate with developers, content creators, and clients to craft user-friendly, responsive, and visually compelling web designs.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

1. Website Design
   • Design attractive, user-friendly, and responsive websites and landing pages.
   • Ensure designs align with client branding and business goals while considering the target audience.
2. Project Leadership
   • Manage and lead web design projects from concept to final delivery.
   • Coordinate with clients, developers, and team members to meet deadlines and expectations.
3. Creative Direction
   • Develop and refine visual identities for web projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
   • Stay innovative by incorporating the latest design trends and tools.
4. Quality Assurance
   • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
5. Client Collaboration
   • Communicate with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet their needs.
6. Cross-Functional Teamwork
   • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
   • Collaborate with content creators to produce cohesive and engaging websites.
7. Trend Awareness
   • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following:

1. Experience
   • Proven experience as a Website Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role.
   • A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design work and projects.
2. Technical Skills
   • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
   • A solid understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
   • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
   • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design techniques.
3. Soft Skills
   • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
