We are currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. Responsibilities
- Design Solutions for Multiple Platforms:
- Develop innovative and user-centered design solutions across various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and enterprise software solutions.
- Brand and Design Consistency:
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand and creative design language across all projects, ensuring that all visual aspects of the platform are aligned with the overall company branding guidelines.
- Collaborative Communication:
- Effectively communicate ideas to project managers and stakeholders using design mock-ups, look books, and prototypes, ensuring a clear understanding of design vision and user experience.
- Incorporate Feedback:
- Collect feedback from project managers, clients, and users to refine designs. Adjust designs to meet user and business needs while adhering to project constraints.
- Wireframes & Prototyping:
- Build detailed sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that outline site structure and user interactions. Present and validate these designs during user testing sessions and design reviews.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure that your solutions are modern, innovative, and best-in-class.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design. This can include work experience from internships or freelance projects, but formal professional exposure is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills to convey design ideas and user requirements clearly.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and how to implement these into an intuitive and functional user interface.
- Ability to design for multiple platforms, including web and mobile, ensuring responsiveness and usability across devices.
- Creativity & Problem Solving:
- Excellent creative thinking skills, with the ability to devise effective solutions to complex problems in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design is required (e.g., websites, apps, wireframes, prototypes).
