NeuroOceans AI is looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for our AI-powered applications. Working closely with product managers, developers, and researchers, you will help create seamless and engaging user experiences that meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities
- User Research & Insights: Conduct user research and gather valuable insights to inform design decisions that improve the overall user experience.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications, effectively communicating design ideas.
- UI Design: Design aesthetically appealing and user-friendly interfaces that promote usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- User Testing & Feedback: Participate in user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and refine designs based on user insights to continuously improve product experiences.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to maintain a cutting-edge design approach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other similar design software.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, problem-solving skills, and ability to create impactful user interfaces.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and best practices for UI/UX design.
- Front-end Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
