SpyreSync is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will have the opportunity to create innovative designs and deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing user-centric mockups and creating stunning visual designs.
- Developing interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Enhancing user experiences through innovative User Experience Design (UED) strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
- Translating user needs into functional and appealing design features for web and mobile platforms.
- Maintaining design consistency across projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Analyzing and solving user experience challenges to improve usability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Expertise in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
- Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED) and a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Strong understanding of Front-End Development concepts.
- Prior experience designing for enterprise, web 2.0, and mobile platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
