We are currently seeking a Fresh Graduate Admission Officer to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in the education sector and an enthusiasm for supporting students seeking educational opportunities abroad. Responsibilities:
- Manage International Admissions: Assist prospective students with the application process, provide information regarding various study programs, universities, and admission criteria.
- Student Guidance: Communicate with students, provide counseling services about study opportunities in Europe, visa processes, and necessary documentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries and providing timely and effective responses to concerns and questions.
- Document Preparation: Guide students through the preparation of application documents such as personal statements, academic transcripts, and recommendation letters.
- Collaborate with Universities: Work closely with partner universities to ensure a seamless admissions process for prospective students.
- Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain up-to-date records of all communications and documents, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and deadlines.
- Promote Education Services: Support marketing efforts by attending student fairs, exhibitions, and events that showcase study opportunities abroad.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply: Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline (preferably in Education, International Relations, or Business Administration).
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with students, staff, and partners.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or dealing with clients/students will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Study Abroad Processes: Familiarity with international admissions procedures, especially related to studying in Europe (discuss during the interview).
