We are seeking to hire a dedicated Associate Professor to join our esteemed faculty. Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching & Curriculum Development: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in your area of expertise. Actively contribute to the development of curricula, incorporating current research trends and academic advancements.
  • Research & Publications: Conduct original research, publish scholarly articles in reputable journals, and stay updated with advancements in your field. Encourage students to engage in academic research activities.
  • Student Mentorship: Mentor students on their academic journeys, providing guidance on research, career goals, and professional development. Supervise graduate students’ theses and research projects.
  • Departmental Contribution: Participate in departmental and university-wide committees and activities. Collaborate with colleagues on academic programs, policy-making, and overall academic strategy.
  • Academic Leadership: Provide academic leadership through proactive involvement in university initiatives, conference participations, and fostering academic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Islamic Studies, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline.
  • Research & Publications: A proven track record of scholarly research with publications in peer-reviewed journals or academic books.
  • Teaching Experience: Expertise in teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level courses. Experience in designing and delivering high-quality academic content is preferred.
  • Student Mentoring: Proven ability to mentor students, including supervising research projects and providing academic counseling.
  • Leadership & Service: Demonstrated leadership skills in an academic setting, contributing to institutional development and student engagement.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
