We are currently seeking an Educational Consultant to join our dedicated team in Sargodha. As an Educational Consultant, you will support and guide students through the process of making informed decisions about their educational and professional futures. Key Responsibilities
- Student Guidance:
- Guide prospective students through the process of selecting a suitable foreign education program that aligns with their career aspirations and academic potential.
- Assist students in choosing universities and courses that match their goals and guide them through the application and documentation processes.
- Client Communication:
- Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and their families, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continued support throughout their educational journey.
- Public Speaking and Events:
- Represent the company at educational events, conducting informative sessions and public speaking engagements to increase awareness about study abroad opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues in organizing and presenting seminars and workshops.
- Student Counselling:
- Use your expertise in foreign education systems to advise students on study abroad programs, visa applications, and international career opportunities.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents, ensuring they are equipped to make well-informed decisions.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in professional development activities and on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge of the education sector and study abroad processes.
- Become well-versed in consultancy work, helping clients make important life decisions related to their educational pursuits.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduation or professional qualification in a relevant field (Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the education industry, particularly in student counselling, foreign education consultancy, or related roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of study abroad processes and foreign education systems is preferred.
