We are seeking a passionate Educational Counselor to join our team, offering students guidance on studying abroad. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to make a positive impact, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Counseling: Guide students in selecting the best career path and education programs that match their interests, goals, and academic potential.
  • Provide Informed Guidance: Help students make important decisions regarding study locations, courses, and universities, taking into consideration their aspirations and unique qualities.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work with team members to conduct informative sessions and public speaking events to raise awareness about educational opportunities abroad.
  • Effective Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through empathetic, clear, and respectful communication.
  • Consultant Development: Participate in personal and professional growth through training programs, and work towards advancing as a Consultant.
  • Promote Values: Leverage your interpersonal skills and empathy to guide clients in discovering and achieving their educational potential.
  • Public Speaking: Lead and participate in informational sessions, sharing insights on study abroad processes, career development, and student counseling.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in educational counseling or related roles, preferably within the study abroad sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and nurture relationships.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and pay attention to detail.
    • Digital literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Knowledge of study abroad processes and foreign education systems is a plus.
    • A caring and professional attitude toward helping students navigate their academic futures.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
