We are seeking passionate and self-motivated Online Trainers to conduct live, one-on-one classes in various subject areas. As an Online Trainer with BrainyBananas, you will guide students through skill development, offer personalized feedback, and help them achieve their learning goals. The subjects include video editing, graphic design, language learning, freelancing, business skills, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver One-on-One Online Classes: Conduct live classes via Zoom or Google Meet based on the specified subjects.
- Tailored Mentoring: Provide customized mentorship by assessing the proficiency levels of students and adapting the teaching approach accordingly.
- Create Learning Materials: Develop worksheets, study guides, and other educational materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Assessments & Feedback: Administer mock tests, practice exams, and provide timely feedback to students to track their progress.
- Skill Development: Foster a comprehensive understanding of the subject, ensuring students develop practical skills that can be applied effectively.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule with a minimum commitment of 2 classes per week.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant degree in education, linguistics, business, design, or any related field is required.
- Experience (Preferred but not required): Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, particularly in online or remote learning environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Subject Knowledge: Proficiency in the subject area you wish to teach (e.g., Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Microsoft Excel, Freelancing, Entrepreneurship, etc.).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet for classes.
- Adaptability: Ability to customize lessons to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
