RHF Global TUTORS is seeking dedicated Online Subject Specialists to join our team. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity where the selected candidates will have the chance to teach and guide students from various backgrounds. We are specifically hiring specialists in the following subjects:

  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Biology
  • Mathematics
  • Computer Science

Responsibilities

As an Online Subject Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct Online Lectures: Teach students through online platforms, delivering structured lessons tailored to their curriculum.
  • Complete Coursework: Ensure students complete the full course within 3-4 months, covering the necessary topics and reviewing past exam papers.
  • Individual and Group Classes: Teach one-on-one sessions, small groups, and medium-sized batches (up to 15 students per batch).
  • Provide Resources and Practice Materials: Supply students with updated learning materials, such as books, notes, slides, past papers, and practice exercises.
  • Engage with International Students: Many of your students will be from international backgrounds, so an understanding of diverse learning needs is essential.
  • Use Online Teaching Tools: Utilize digital tablets, pens, and teaching software to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Qualifications

For Subject Specialists, we require the following:

  • Educational Requirements: Must have a Master’s, MPhil, or PhD in the relevant subject (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of online teaching experience (college/university level is preferred).
  • Updated Resources: Access to current educational resources, including books, notes, slides, past papers, and practice materials.
  • Teaching Tools: Must have a digital tablet and pen along with appropriate online teaching software.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (as the majority of students will be international). Arabic is a plus.

For Subject Coordinators, the following qualifications apply:

  • Experience: No mandatory prior teaching experience is required. Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of the subject and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
  • Support Role: Assist Subject Specialists in delivering lectures and, if required, take over lectures as a backup instructor.
  • Skills and Tools: Proficiency in online teaching tools and access to appropriate educational materials.
