ibex is seeking an experienced Analyst Software Engineer to join our growing team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Tools Deployment:
- Manage and deploy Software as a Service (SaaS) tools for client use, ensuring proper configuration and integration.
- Provide Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various internal and client-facing applications.
- Requirements Refinement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and ensure the technical specifications meet user needs.
- Code Development:
- Write testable and scalable code that meets the software requirements, ensuring quality and performance.
- L2 Support:
- Offer Level 2 (L2) support to resolve issues and improve the systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, client services teams, and developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Analysis & Evaluation:
- Analyze software applications and solutions to troubleshoot problems effectively and propose solutions based on alternate solutions.
- Database & Web Development:
- Handle data-related tasks, optimize databases, and work with the .NET platform for web development and related frameworks.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development or a similar role, with proven experience working with databases, SaaS tools, and coding practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Database Knowledge: Experience with databases, specifically MS SQL Server (2008/2012) and TSQL.
- Programming: In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, Assembly Language, JavaScript, ASP.NET (C#), J-Query, and CSS.
- Web Development: Strong knowledge in web development using the .NET platform.
- Cloud Environment: Basic understanding or experience with cloud-based technologies such as Zendesk, Box, or Nex Cloud (plus).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide coaching.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate different alternatives.
- Pro-active, patient, flexible, and open-minded attitude in tackling various tasks.
- Additional Skills:
- Understanding of well-architected frameworks and SaaS implementation processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
