Key Responsibilities
- Solar System Design and Specifications:
- Design and develop layouts and technical specifications for solar systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and compliance standards.
- Optimize system designs using software like PVsyst, AutoCAD, and HelioScope.
- Feasibility and Site Assessments:
- Conduct detailed site evaluations, including shading analysis, to determine feasibility and system potential.
- Prepare feasibility reports with recommendations for optimized solar solutions.
- Implementation and Troubleshooting Support:
- Provide technical assistance to project teams during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance and functionality.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with clients, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver customized and high-quality solar solutions.
- Maintain effective communication to manage client expectations and satisfaction.
- System Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze data from solar systems to ensure optimal performance and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Stay updated with advancements in solar technologies and integrate them into project solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing solar energy systems. (Entry-level candidates with internship experience will also be considered—details can be discussed during the interview.)
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Proficiency with software tools such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and HelioScope for system modeling and design.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
