Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to address specific business needs.
- Tailor AI/ML solutions for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in production environments.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and preprocess structured and unstructured data, ensuring it’s prepared for model training and analysis.
- Use advanced data processing tools and techniques to enhance the quality of data and models.
Model Training and Optimization:
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for better scalability, performance, and accuracy.
- Leverage frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn for model development.
AI System Integration:
- Develop APIs and ensure smooth integration of AI models and solutions into existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate AI systems into wider business applications and processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Research & Innovation:

Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Continuously monitor the performance of deployed AI models.
- Identify and resolve issues related to model efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP).
Familiarity with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and OpenCV.
Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for collaboration.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and innovate.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
