Key Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer (Azure) at Aslase, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Azure Solution Design & Implementation:
Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud solutions across different cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to meet organizational requirements. - Infrastructure Automation:
Automate, configure, develop, and deploy cloud-based infrastructure solutions, improving system efficiency and scaling. - System Monitoring & Telemetry:
Use monitoring and telemetry clients to ensure system health, performance, and uptime of all live systems. - DevOps Process Enhancement:
Develop and maintain processes related to DevOps, implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and operations. - Collaboration with Development Teams:
Work closely with the software development team to ensure seamless integration and reliable delivery of applications in the cloud environment. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Utilize tools such as Terraform or ARM templates for provisioning infrastructure as code. - Configuration Management:
Employ configuration management tools to automate and simplify server and system configuration. - Continuous Improvement:
Work on system enhancements by adopting the latest industry standards, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience:
At least 3 years of professional experience working as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud solutions. - Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring. - Cloud Infrastructure Tools:
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates) and experience using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - DevOps Tools Expertise:
Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong Problem-Solving Skills:
The ability to think critically and creatively to troubleshoot complex problems. - Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues, solutions, and strategies. - Self-Driven:
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage projects effectively.
