Role Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer at We Over I, your primary responsibilities will include:

Building End-to-End Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, PMs) to develop impactful full-stack features that elevate user experience and business growth.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues effectively and devise robust technical solutions to maintain product stability and scalability.
Innovation: Challenge existing approaches, push for fresh ideas, and integrate new technologies and tools to improve processes and solutions.
API & Microservices Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure efficient backend communication and seamless operation across platforms.

The role will keep you engaged with product creation from day one, working on various products and actively participating in building their core features and user interfaces.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will need the following qualifications:

Mastery in Full Stack Development: Proficient in React for front-end development, with strong back-end experience in Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
Database Expertise: Solid experience with both relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB), ensuring an ability to manage and manipulate data efficiently.
Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent debugging, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude to find and fix problems.
APIs & Services: Strong experience with building and integrating RESTful APIs and developing microservices for scalable architecture.
