BitBytes is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative and talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python/Django. Key Responsibilities

  • Web Application Development:
    Design and develop dynamic and responsive web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python/Django.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with a team of developers to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and within project specifications.
  • Testing and Debugging:
    Perform rigorous testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Stay Updated with Latest Technologies:
    Stay informed about the latest technologies, best practices, and frameworks in web development, particularly in the MERN stack and Python/Django.
  • API Development:
    Develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handling HTTP requests and responses efficiently.
  • AI Integration:
    Develop applications that integrate Generative AI and LLMs (Large Language Models) using Python.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    Strong experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python/Django.
  • Frontend Skills:
    Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with strong experience in responsive design principles. Hands-on experience with Redux or Context API for state management is essential.
  • Backend Development:
    Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, and asynchronous programming. Proven ability to build and manage RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Database Management:
    Experience with MongoDB, including database design, optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Version Control:
    Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborating with a team.
  • Generative AI Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLMs in Python, enabling integration into web applications.
  • CSS Frameworks:
    Hands-on experience with CSS frameworks like tailwindcss and chakra-ui is preferred.
  • Additional Skills:
    Experience with Next.js is a big plus.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
    Strong ability to solve complex technical challenges and excellent attention to detail.
