Full Stack Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Punjab, Pakistan. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in both front-end and back-end development, helping to shape innovative solutions and ensure the technical success of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer at ZBee Tech., your duties will include:

1. Full-Stack Development:
   • Handle both front-end and back-end development of web applications.
   • Build robust and scalable solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless integration.
2. Software and Web Application Development:
   • Develop and maintain both server-side logic and web interfaces to create impactful digital solutions.
3. Collaboration & Problem Solving:
   • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to design new features.
   • Troubleshoot and debug existing software to ensure smooth performance and bug-free experiences.
4. UI/UX Feasibility and Optimization:
   • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
   • Ensure that the design and user experience aspects are technically feasible and function seamlessly.
5. Technology and Tool Utilization:
   • Integrate front-end and back-end components effectively, working with technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, .NET, and more.
   • Use modern web technologies and frameworks to create responsive, secure, and well-structured web applications.
6. Continuous Learning and Innovation:
   • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to continue enhancing development processes.
7. Code Review and Maintenance:
   • Engage in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
   • Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Full-Stack Development:
   • Experience in both front-end and back-end web development, building full-stack applications.
2. Web Technologies and Frameworks:
   • Proficiency with popular frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and .NET.
   • Experience in CSS and front-end development methodologies (responsive design, semantic HTML).
3. Software Development Skills:
   • Strong skills in back-end development, API design, and integrating front-end with back-end systems.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities:
   • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
5. Communication and Teamwork:
   • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, adapting to feedback and contributing ideas.
6. Educational Qualifications:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7. Adaptability and Learning:
   • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or similar technologies.
