Xenex Media is looking for a talented and experienced Lead AI Engineer to help design and develop the next generation of AI-powered systems. You will play a key role in shaping innovative AI solutions, including recommendation engines, conversational applications, and cutting-edge technologies that are seamlessly integrated into mobile and web platforms. Key Responsibilities
- AI System Development: Design, implement, and optimize advanced intelligent systems leveraging GPT-4-O, GPT-4 via OpenAI API, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Recommendation Engines: Build and deploy scalable, efficient recommendation systems to deliver personalized user experiences.
- API Development: Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI for integration with web and mobile applications.
- Data Management: Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS to support search and retrieval systems based on embedding data.
- Speech and Sentiment Analysis: Integrate speech-to-text and sentiment analysis technologies to enhance conversational and voice-based features.
- Innovation: Stay on top of the latest AI advancements and incorporate innovative AI techniques to continually improve our systems.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet product goals and enhance user satisfaction.
- System Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and Python programming.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI system development with GPT-4-O, GPT-4 via the OpenAI API, and RAG.
- Backend Expertise: Strong experience with FastAPI, RESTful API design, and backend infrastructure development.
- Database Knowledge: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS for efficient search and retrieval processes.
- NLP Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including speech-to-text and sentiment analysis models.
- Mobile Integration: Prior experience deploying AI solutions integrated with mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud platforms for deploying scalable AI solutions.
