As a Production Engineer at BCube Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production processes within our manufacturing facility. You will work with the team to analyze existing methods and implement effective solutions aimed at improving quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities
As a Production Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Planning, managing, and overseeing all aspects of production in our factory to ensure smooth operations.
- Assessing and analyzing current production methods to identify areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing improved production processes that enhance efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Introducing cost-reductive changes to maximize profitability while maintaining product standards.
- Managing the productivity of machinery and workforce, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Developing and implementing quality control measures to monitor products and guarantee desired outcomes.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production breakdowns, including human error or mechanical failure.
- Communicating with clients and vendors to coordinate the acquisition of necessary materials or equipment.
- Adhering to safety regulations at all times, ensuring all company-enforced health and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any related discipline).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- An ability to lead and direct team members, with a keen focus on efficient workflow management.
- Excellent detail-oriented skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong time-management abilities and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
