As a Software Trainee Engineer, you will be part of our quality assurance (QA) team, ensuring the reliability and performance of our software products. Key Responsibilities
As a Software Trainee Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and collaborating on improving test coverage, release velocity, and production health for developer and engineering teams.
- Writing code and scripts to test systems, implementing test harnesses, and building infrastructure as necessary.
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects to ensure high-quality software is delivered.
- Conducting data-driven testing and grey box testing, ensuring thorough examination of software functionality and performance.
- Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure effective implementation of testing strategies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Software Trainee Engineer position will meet the following qualifications:
- Education: A BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of SQL programming.
- Functional knowledge of technologies such as HTML, ASP.NET, C#, XML, and JMeter.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with data-driven testing, grey box testing, and an understanding of white box testing.
- Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) processes and Test Frameworks (TFS).
- Experience with QMS and ISMS compliance is a plus.
- Knowledge of the IT healthcare domain is preferable.
- An O/A levels background will be preferred.
