Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts/Admin Executive, your primary responsibilities will be divided into two main areas: Accounting Functions and Administrative Support.

  1. Accounting Functions:
    • Expense Control & Profit Margin Improvement: You will be responsible for managing expenses and finding ways to improve the company’s profit margins.
    • Financial Health Management: Think creatively to ensure the company’s finances remain strong and healthy.
    • Daily Accounting Entries: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks like processing sales, purchases, and expense entries.
    • Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Maintain records of all payments and receipts, ensuring timely updates on PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority).
    • Monthly Financial Reports: Prepare financial statements and assist with reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
    • Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and verify vendor invoices, handle petty cash, and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
    • Budget Monitoring & Forecasting: Monitor budgets for ongoing projects, develop financial forecasts, and analyze any discrepancies.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Office Task Management: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining records.
    • Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist in planning meetings, events, and client visits, offering logistical support.
