As a Business Development Executive at Zameen.com, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business by selling property units, visiting clients, understanding their specific requirements, and providing engaging demonstrations. You will act as the face of Zameen.com, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients while ensuring that all deals are successfully closed.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, effective communication skills, and a keen understanding of client needs in the property sector. Your responsibility will be to create an outstanding customer experience and contribute to the company’s overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding
    • Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
    • Offer solutions by presenting relevant property units and explaining the features of each to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrations & Site Visits
    • Arrange property demonstrations and ensure potential buyers view the property on-site, showcasing its features and value.
    • Handle property site visits and assist clients throughout the entire buying process.
  • Sales & Deal Closure
    • Timely closure of deals by proactively following up with clients and finalizing contracts.
    • Ensure that client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience that translates into successful deals.
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain lasting relationships with clients and follow up to understand any evolving requirements or feedback.
    • Foster customer loyalty through excellent communication and exceptional service throughout the buying process.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background
    • A degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. (Relevant experience will be considered if the candidate does not have a formal degree.)
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
    • Prior experience in real estate or property sales will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
  • Skills & Attributes
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
