Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify and engage potential clients.

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and target goals.

Sales Engagement

  • Deliver compelling and customized sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, sales deals, and agreements to secure mutual value for both clients and the company.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for handling client queries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
  • Skills:
