Zameen.com is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting and selling property units, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will involve understanding client requirements, giving demonstrations, conducting site visits, and ensuring timely deal closures. As the face of the company, you will provide exceptional customer service to create a seamless and positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis: Understand and assess client needs and requirements for property units. Provide tailored solutions to meet their demands.
- Product Demonstrations: Provide clients with detailed and informative demonstrations of relevant property units.
- Site Visits & Deal Closure: Arrange and conduct site visits, ensuring that clients receive all necessary information for making informed decisions. Ensure the timely and successful closure of deals.
- Ongoing Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients, following up with them regularly to understand evolving needs and requirements.
- Market Knowledge & Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest property trends and offerings to give clients accurate and valuable insights.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring all communication is clear, professional, and effective.
Requirements
- Education: Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Sales Passion: Enthusiasm for sales, with a strong commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience: 1 year of sales experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen to client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
