ETECHTICS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This full-time role will focus on lead generation, business development, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, a proven track record in generating leads, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in growing our business by identifying new opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
    • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to generate and qualify quality leads that align with the company’s target criteria.
    • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry events to engage prospects.
  • Business Development
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
    • Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions from the company’s service offerings.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Analyze competitor activities and market positioning for strategic insight.
  • Collaboration
    • Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transition and provide support during the sales process.
  • Reporting
    • Track, monitor, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
    • Regularly update management on progress, challenges, and success.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in business development, sales, and lead generation. Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools.
    • Excellent analytical and research skills to drive business insights.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Results-oriented with a proven drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with ASP .Net Zero Development and related technologies.
    • Knowledge in areas such as SEO, QA & Testing, Resource Augmentation, and Outsourcing services.
