ETECHTICS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This full-time role will focus on lead generation, business development, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, a proven track record in generating leads, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in growing our business by identifying new opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Implement strategies to generate and qualify quality leads that align with the company’s target criteria.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry events to engage prospects.
- Business Development
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions from the company’s service offerings.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- Market Research
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and market positioning for strategic insight.
- Collaboration
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transition and provide support during the sales process.
- Reporting
- Track, monitor, and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Regularly update management on progress, challenges, and success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in business development, sales, and lead generation. Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Excellent analytical and research skills to drive business insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a proven drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ASP .Net Zero Development and related technologies.
- Knowledge in areas such as SEO, QA & Testing, Resource Augmentation, and Outsourcing services.
