Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and referrals.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and sustain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Communication: Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Oversee accounts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of services and successful execution.
  • Negotiation & Proposal Development: Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements to secure new business deals.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and the competitive landscape to propose the best solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and sales teams to develop and implement business strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and account management, ideally in the digital marketing or IT industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients and present ideas clearly.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to secure deals and foster long-term relationships.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues across departments.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge (preferred): Understanding of the digital marketing industry, including web development, SEO, email marketing, and cybersecurity.
