As a Business Development Executive at TAG Solutions (TAGS), you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base within the B2B sector, specifically focusing on the SaaS industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities in the SaaS industry, focusing on B2B sales and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong client relationships by utilizing CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations:
    Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value of TAG Solutions’ offerings to potential clients.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to continuously refine sales techniques and generate quality leads.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies with overall company goals.
  • Sales Targets & Performance:
    Meet and exceed defined sales targets through a results-driven approach, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated with industry trends and enhance sales strategies by acquiring knowledge of emerging technologies and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related disciplines).
  • Experience:
    6 months to 1 year of business development experience, particularly within the SaaS industry, software sales, or B2B model.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective interactions with clients.
    • Strong proposal-writing skills to develop compelling business proposals.
    • Negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
