Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment sectors.
- Lead Generation: Actively researching and generating new leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Account Management: Managing key accounts and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Business Communication: Engaging in effective communication with potential clients and stakeholders through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and meet recruitment needs.
- Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with other internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients.
- Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends and customer needs to tailor services to evolving market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (discuss during the interview if the degree differs).
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (1-3 years).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with clients.
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in blue-collar and white-collar staffing.
- Ability to manage accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
