Bizvee, a leading media agency, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the sales cycle, a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, and solid negotiation skills. As a Business Development Executive, you will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving growth within the media and social media sectors.


Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and overseeing the process from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to establish a competitive edge for Bizvee, identifying new business opportunities and growth avenues.
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting: Track sales metrics, ensure targets are met, and report progress to senior management, providing data-driven insights.
  • Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure optimal terms for both the client and the company.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in media, communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the media industry, particularly in the social media sector.
  • Sales Cycle Expertise: Experience in all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating success in closing deals.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools (experience with CRM is preferred).
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet goals and deadlines.
