Diamond Styrolon Industries (Pvt) Limited, part of the Diamond Group of Industries, is seeking a highly organized and skilled Factory Administrator to manage the daily operations of the factory and oversee critical administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production activities.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and performance standards are met.
- Liaison with Government Departments: Manage interactions with government bodies such as EOBI (Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution) and ESS (Employees’ Social Security) to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures, making sure all production activities meet organizational requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain and update all necessary records and reports related to factory operations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to factory workflows.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure all operations run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in factory management or a related field. Ideally, the candidate will be a retired army officer with prior leadership experience.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and government departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous.
