We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our company and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving growth.

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be tasked with identifying potential clients, conducting in-depth research, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into successful business opportunities. This is a dynamic position suited for individuals passionate about technology, growth, and market research.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads across various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Google Jobs, and others.
    • Use tools such as Upwork, Fiverr, Sales Navigator, Clutch, Trust Pilot, and Apollo to source and generate leads.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand potential clients’ needs and challenges, which will help expand Techtimize’s market reach.
  • Cold Outreach:
    • Initiate contact through cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential leads.
  • Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting:
    • Qualify leads based on preset criteria and set appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospective clients.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads, maintaining consistency in messaging and approach.
  • CRM Management:
    • Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information related to lead progress and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Key Skills:
    • Proven ability in lead generation, including familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Glassdoor, Apollo, etc.
    • Strong market research and communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and effectively communicate with them.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into tangible business opportunities.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to qualify leads and identify business growth opportunities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information and establish rapport with potential clients.
    • Team collaboration skills, contributing effectively to cross-functional efforts.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, especially within the technology sector is a plus but not required.
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
