As a Partnership Executive, you will be instrumental in driving strategic partnerships and expanding the business by engaging with potential clients and partners. You will leverage your experience in relationship-building and sales outreach to effectively develop and manage partnerships, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outreach & Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email marketing to engage potential partners and clients.
    • Utilize marketing strategies to build brand recognition and establish connections with potential partners.
  2. Partner Engagement & Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing processes, and engage in technical conversations with potential partners to provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct client calls and discovery calls to identify and explore partnership opportunities based on clients’ needs.
  3. Data Enrichment & Analysis:
    • Extract, refine, and enrich relevant data to support partnership development initiatives.
    • Leverage analytics to track progress and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  4. CRM & Project Management Tools:
    • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp) to streamline the partnership process and improve team efficiency.
  5. Achieve Sales and Outreach Targets:
    • Consistently meet and exceed outreach and partnership development goals.
    • Proactively manage and grow partnerships through diligent follow-ups and relationship-building strategies.
  6. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
    • Provide outstanding customer service and partnership management to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in partnership development and relationship management, ideally in a business development or sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear, persuasive conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of positive relationships and building trust with partners, clients, and team members.
  • CRM & Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp) to manage workflow and track partner progress.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies for optimal performance.
  • Sales & Business Development: A passion for building business relationships, driving growth, and expanding the company’s network.
  • Education: A relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (discuss during the interview).
