The Performance Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability by managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This individual will collaborate with in-house teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and improved brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
As the Performance Marketing Executive, your primary duties will include:
- Campaign Management:
- Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and more.
- Oversee campaign creation, budget allocation, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure campaign success.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and others to analyze the performance of digital campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and recommend improvements for better efficiency and higher results.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate marketing budgets effectively across various campaigns.
- Ensure that spend aligns with performance targets while striving to maximize ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital tools to track and analyze campaign data.
- Provide detailed performance reports to senior management, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing channels.
- Suggest and implement new marketing opportunities to optimize performance.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing materials align with campaign objectives.
- Work with the eCommerce and product teams to ensure seamless integration between digital marketing and product positioning.
- Customer Journey Mapping:
- Identify and analyze key customer touchpoints across their buying journey.
- Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- SEO & Content Optimization:
- Partner with the content team to optimize landing pages and improve the organic search performance in line with PPC campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media campaigns.
- Experience working with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Performance Metrics Knowledge:
- Understanding key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and their role in campaign optimization.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and increasing campaign efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to marketing and problem-solving.
- Time Management:
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
