Viral Square, a leading independent software development company specializing in custom software development, UX design, quality assurance, and more, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that software products and processes meet rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Assurance: Perform in-depth testing and inspection of software products to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards and requirements.
- Quality Management: Oversee and assist in maintaining and improving quality management processes to meet company and client expectations.
- Quality Auditing: Conduct quality audits and reviews to monitor adherence to established procedures and to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify, document, and implement quality assurance improvements across development and testing processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to provide feedback, ensuring that software issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on the status of quality assurance activities, key findings, and areas requiring attention.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with hands-on experience in quality control, auditing, and software testing.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of quality management and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Familiarity with software development processes and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team.
- Knowledge of tools and software for quality auditing and documentation is a plus.
