Hania Technologies is offering a remote full-time opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Marketing Account Executive. This role involves working closely with our team to support business growth and client acquisition through marketing initiatives, client management, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential leads, generating interest and awareness of our products and services.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline process, ultimately helping close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, design, and technical teams to align client objectives with our service offerings and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to enhance business growth.
  • Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving performance metrics, such as generating qualified leads and reaching sales goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot challenges and deliver efficient, client-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in client management, cold calling, and business development is a must.
    • Experience working in or with the American industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Tech Requirements: Must have access to a laptop, headphones, and a stable internet connection.
