Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Executive, your role will involve:
- Content Creation and Management
- Develop and curate engaging content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, design, and execute content calendars for clients and schedule posts.
- Social Media Strategy Execution
- Implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, enhance online presence, and drive web traffic.
- Align all content with clients’ brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Community Engagement
- Manage and grow online communities by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional yet engaging tone.
- Campaign Development
- Plan and run social media campaigns that achieve measurable marketing goals.
- Ensure campaigns align with the brand’s voice and image.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor social media analytics using tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize performance.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should bring the following to the team:
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Excellent knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing software is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects and clients effectively.
