PureLogics is a dynamic and fast-growing technology solutions provider looking for a Sr. Technical Recruitment Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients, particularly in US-based organizations. You will leverage your expertise in technical recruitment to attract top-tier talent while working in a collaborative and results-driven environment. Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including managing requisitions from clients/vendors and ensuring timely candidate placement.
- Job Requirement Analysis: Work closely with the Recruitment Manager or Account Manager to analyze job requirements based on urgency and resource allocation.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various job boards, professional platforms, and social media to find suitable candidates. Leverage Boolean search techniques to identify candidates that match client requirements.
- Vendor & Candidate Coordination: Communicate with a pool of vendors, check internal candidate databases, and source candidates based on qualifications and availability.
- Job Postings & Marketing: Post job openings on platforms like Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Dice, etc., to increase visibility.
- Candidate Screening & Negotiation: Shortlist candidates based on resumes, contact them for availability and interest, and negotiate rates as required by the client.
- Candidate Representation: Secure Right to Represent (RTR) and verify candidates’ credentials before submitting resumes to clients.
- Interview Coordination & Onboarding: Arrange interviews between the client and selected candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process for candidates who are hired.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within an international or US-based organization.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
- Experience with job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Dice.
- Strong command over Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates on different job boards and ATS platforms (e.g., Sendouts, Ciepal, JobDiva, Manatal, CATS One, Bull Horn).
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
