Abacus is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist to join our client’s team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset. As a Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensuring that we attract and onboard the best talent in line with company needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to meet the organization’s needs.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure an efficient and smooth process.
Employer Branding
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting the organization’s culture and values, making it more attractive to top talent.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to build a more inclusive workforce.
Data-Driven Recruitment
- Leverage recruitment analytics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve recruitment practices.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive and stellar candidate experience from the initial contact all the way through to onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: MBA in Human Resource Management from a well-reputed university.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in engineering consultancy or services industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion practices within recruitment is a plus.
