Abacus is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist to join our client’s team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset. As a Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensuring that we attract and onboard the best talent in line with company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment Planning

Collaborate with department heads to design and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to meet the organization’s needs.

End-to-End Recruitment

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure an efficient and smooth process.

Employer Branding

Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting the organization’s culture and values, making it more attractive to top talent.

Diversity and Inclusion

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to build a more inclusive workforce.

Data-Driven Recruitment

Leverage recruitment analytics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve recruitment practices.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a positive and stellar candidate experience from the initial contact all the way through to onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: MBA in Human Resource Management from a well-reputed university.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in engineering consultancy or services industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and leveraging data for decision-making.
Experience with diversity and inclusion practices within recruitment is a plus.
